No one abstained

- Literature/ Website Coordinator reports Literature sales for Jan/25- Feb/25 totalled $1927.83

It should be noted that literature sales were paused for 3 weeks during this time due to complications with the Treasurer account change over but all is back online now.
We are currently investigating whether we can get a Paypal account to assist with a 7th Tradition donation button on the website- stay tuned.
RSC are trying to move away from the use of personal accounts- again stay tuned.
- 10 facilitators available for Narateen meetings in Ontario.
Membership numbers are fairly low at the moment.
Facilitators updated information is required in June, please reach out to Raye the NTPP at ntpp@naranonontario.com if you have questions about what is required or how to submit.
*The Outreach Report will come after the Delegates report.
- WSC update- The Delegate submitted a pole in February/25: 11 replies- 10 replied yes
8 Regions responded to the CWT inquiry: our top 3 CWT were: 1. Communication 2. Growth 3. Service.
Motion tally sheets are due at the end of Mar/25. Presentation sheets and excel spreadsheets have been sent out to the membership to assist with motion comprehension and efficiency.
This year the WSC will allow observers. To observe there is no cost but you must register and will not be given an opportunity to speak or ask questions.
- An Outreach card has been put together by Jennie and Lu and the design was submitted for a vote by the membership. The purpose is to have a printed card to easily hand out which access current updated information on anything NarAnon Ontario related (ie. meeting dates/ times/locations etc).
The membership praised the idea and showed gratitude for the work put in. Lots of suggestions and comments on the design (ie. perhaps a bit wordy, suggestion to add the word addiction somewhere prominent, to add the phone number for our phone line etc.) The outreach coordinator was grateful for the suggestions and will reach out to the greater membership for further feedback and will submit an updated version at the next RSC meeting.
- The Secretary reached out to GSRs across the Region to explain expectations for GSR attendance and to make inquiries as to whether or not they can be persuaded to attend meetings in the future. She received ‘3 thank yous” and 1 explanation from as group as to their small membership but their desire to attend in the future.
Further work is required here to sus how and why so few attend and to work towards encouraging greater attendance in the future. There was a suggestion to make the responses to these queries anonymously, which will be explored. The Secretary will reach out to the greater membership to request ideas on how to approach the task to encouraging greater attendance at Regional meetings.
There is a request for GSRs to please then reach out to the Secretary directly at secretary@naranonontario.com with your responses/ suggestions.
- Before the vote took place, a question was posed as to how joining this committee would change or affect our Region and/or positions. The Region Chair noted that it wouldn’t at all. We will remain an independent Region, we will just in included into a collective of Regions who have joined forces to share information, strategies and ideas together encouraging smoother run Regions and greater assistance with tricky issues like sorting through the WSC motions for example.
Further questions included who can attend- anyone at anytime.
Anyone attending would report back to our Region after a meeting and the next RSC meeting. There was lots of interest from membership in attending.
Motion was made by the Region Chair
